Liz has 20 years of experience as a certified Personal Trainer (National Academy of Sports Medicine). She has worked as a private in-home trainer in New York, LA, and the Washington DC metro area. She brings a level of fun, comfort, and professionalism to each and every workout. As a mom of two and a dog mom of two, Liz loves and embraces the chaos of your home!

Whether you are a gym hater, recovering from surgery or going through a health crises, pregnant or postpartum, or just don’t have time to fit in a good workout, Liz is here to help.

Let Liz bring the gym to you! Whether you have an in-home gym or just enough space for a yoga mat, Liz will bring everything to you for a safe, customized and effective workout. Every element of programming is designed for you.

Anyone who wants a customized personal training experience, without the intimidation of a large, corporate gym. Liz specializes in diastasis recti rehab, prenatal exercise programs, and post surgery/PT return to exercise.

According to Health and Human Services recommendations, the average adult should be getting 150 minutes of moderate aerobic activity or 75 minutes of vigorous aerobic activity a week, or a combination of moderate and vigorous activity, and strength training at least twice a week.
